Resistance Sculpt Stretch & Pool Dip ~ Tuesday August 4th @ 5pm

Join us for an evening of movement, seasonal treats, and a refreshing pool dip at Argyll House.

We'll begin with a 1-hour Resistance Sculpt Stretch class on the lush back lawn led by Rebecca Stump, followed by an hour of relaxing and cooling off by the pool with homemade lite bites from chef Amanda Glover.

If you've never taken one of Rebecca's classes before, you're in for a treat. Her energy is contagious, the music is motivating, and you'll leave feeling refreshed and inspired. This is a bodyweight version of Rebecca’s signature Resistance Sculpt Stretch class!

Please bring…

• Yoga mat, towel, & water bottle

• Swimsuit & pool towel (if you'd like to take a dip in the saltwater pool after class)

Schedule…

• 5-6 pm — Workout on the back lawn

• 6 pm onward — Lite bites, sparkling beverages, and poolside hang

• Carpool if you can! Parking is limited to approximately 20 cars.

• Your purchase is non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your class can be transferred to someone else.
